Tone and Brightness
While my editing monitor is professionally calibrated for accurate color representation, please note that the tones and brightness of your print may differ from what you see on your screen due to the monitor calibration differences.
Printed photos may appear darker as paper does not emit light like a screen. If you have any concerns or are unhappy, please reach out to me. I'm happy to help!

The HD acrylic prints also come with a dibond backing and hanging hardware on the back. Artisan Canvas
High-quality canvas by Breathing Colors, with superior poly-cotton blend, 2-over-1 canvas. Printed with archival grade Epson Ultrachrome GSX ink. Has a low glass level appearance. With durable ink, prints are both scratch and smudge-resistant without the need to be coated.

Hahnmuhle Eco Paper is made with 90% bamboo fibers. This premium fine art paper has a soft, lightly textured felt structure, and a naturally white, warm-toned color. It provides a matte surface with accurate color and detail, without optical brighteners.
Both Luster and Eco Paper have high archival ratings, meaning they can last for over 100 years without significant fading or degradation in a typical home display.

**When purchasing a framed and matted print, refer to the "Framed Print" information to determine the size of the frame you will receive. The frame size will be different from the size of the print.
For example, a "PRINT: 8x10" refers to the size of the print, and not the size of the frame.

➤Matte: Smooth matte finish. Printed on 100 lb. card stock. Works best behind a frame, it may get dirty or damaged if not. The colors are more muted. Great for black and white prints.

During busy periods, particularly around the holidays, there might be a slight delay in processing items if my partner lab is experiencing high demand. There may also be increased time if there is a shipping carrier delay.
*Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer if an incorrect or insufficient address is provided.

Partner Lab
To protect my work and prevent unauthorized use, digital prints are not available for purchase. I am the sole owner and copyright holder of my photographs, and I have taken the time and effort to personally travel, capture, and edit each image. These are not stock images sourced from others, but my own unique creations.
While it may seem convenient to offer digital files, it would pose a risk of widespread distribution and devaluation of my work. Instead, I prioritize the authenticity and quality of my prints. My prints are created using high-quality materials, so you can be sure that your investment will last for many years to come.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placement. If the item is already being processed, production cannot be stopped. For any concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the unique nature of the products. Prints are custom-made-to order and cannot be resold once they have been produced.
➤However, if you encounter any damage or printing issues with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving it with photos for a replacement. You must send me pictures of the print and the damage to the print. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and shipped back within 21 days. If you are unhappy with your order or notice any mistakes, please let me know and I'll do my best to make it right.

If, in rare circumstances, the photo lab runs out of stock, I may have to cancel your order. However, I will provide you with a discount code and fully refund your account. Unfortunately, I may not be aware of product shortages until I receive your order.
